You should go to the apron museum! I haven’t been but I used to live in Mississippi in a town of about 3,000- the largest in the county. Within 2 blocks of my house were 1. A scarlet fever museum 2. Ida B. Wells Barnett’s former home 3. Graceland 2 (unofficial). MS has some really neat artisan projects as well, if you’re not familiar with the Tutwiler Quilters, their work is really inspiring (although quite a drive from Iuka!) https://deltamagazine.com/tutwiler-quilters/
