Specifically would love a follow up guide to alterations, do I pay more to alter silk? what should I ask my tailor to make sure they are picking up what I'm laying down? Do synthetic fabrics cost more and why? IDK I am super interested in this stuff.
I miss NYC boutique shopping and so rarely have a chance to do it (long gone are the days of walking, roaming and carrying multiple shopping bags) so I would love recommendations for boutique browsing in just about any neighborhood
